Hey all

Sorry for the delay between emails.  I haven't fallen off the face of the earth (not yet, at least), tho I've been kept away from the internet in long stretches.  Which, ya know, is probably for the best.

In any event, there's too much to recap right here, just want to say I'm still kicking at this point.  I'm quite looking forward to MON morning when I hop on the plane in Dublin.  Traveling's been a lot of fun, running into random folks, having some small adventures, and seeing the sites, but solo travel - despite the fact that I keep end up doing it - isn't really my bag.  Parts are nice - control of the itinerary and pace, choosing when and where to go next, etc... - but it can be a lonely affair.  Except for a brief respite in London, when I was more than graciously hosted by Helen, I've been flying solo since 29 APR.  So more or less 3 weeks.  I'm looking forward to being surrounded by friends and family again, and to not be living out of a suitcase (and - not to be forgotten - not dropping Euros like they're going out of style [this exchange rate is killing me!]).  So, on MON - less than two days - I'll be quite content to hop on that plane.

So, looking forward to having time over the next few weeks to enjoy a MN spring (it is spring there, yeah?  Please tell me it's a little warm, at least) and, I hope, catching up on the most recent of 3 years' worth backlog of correspondence.  For now, gonna hop out and enjoy the Galway sun this late morning / early afternoon. (Everywhere I've gotten rained on - Accra, Casablanca, London, Bratislava... - everywhere.  That is, til I showed up last SAT in London, and then on to Dublin and Galway - perfect weather everyday.  When does that happen?  Not the London / Irish experience I was expecting!)

K, take care, and I look forward to hearing from all of you / catching up in the very near future.
